Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026
Last updated: July 13, 2026

This policy explains what we collect, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how you stop it. It is written to be checked, not to be skimmed.

The site clarity.theclearcurrent.com is operated by Nexus Global Operations LLC ("Verity Sky", "we"). Full operator details are in our Imprint.

1. The short version

2. What we collect, exactly

A. What you type into the quiz (all of it optional until you send it):

FieldExample of what it isWhy we need it
First name"Rachel"To address you, and to write your report to you
Your situationWhich of our given options describes the connectionInput for the report
DurationHow long the situation has lastedInput for the report
Prior readingsWhether you bought readings before, and how manyInput for the report and for our own understanding of the market
What you needWhich of our given options describes what you want out of thisInput for the report
Date of birth"March 14, 1991"The astrological basis of the report
Email addressYour addressTo deliver the report, and to send the follow-up emails described in section 5

We do not ask for your birth time, your birth place, your address, your phone number, or your last name. We do not ask for the birth data of any other person.

B. What we collect automatically when you visit:

C. What we get when you buy:

D. What we do not collect at all:

3. Where your data goes, and who else can see it

Everything below is a real, currently active data flow. There are no others.

RecipientWhat they getWhereWhy
Cloudflare, Inc.Serves the website and runs our own worker code (vs-mail-engine) that receives your quiz submission. Sees IP and request data.USHosting and delivery
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS)Your first name, email address, date of birth, all quiz answers, when you submitted them, whether you purchased, which of our emails you were sent. This is our database. Brevo holds all of it.European UnionStoring your answers and sending you email
Stripe, Inc.Your payment data, your email address, your orderUSProcessing your payment
Meta Platforms, Inc.That a visitor with your browser and IP viewed our page, started checkout, or bought. If you bought, we send Meta a hashed (irreversible) version of your email address so it can match the sale to its own advertising data.USAdvertising measurement
Microsoft Corporation, "Microsoft Clarity"A recording of your session on our pages, plus your IP and device dataUSUnderstanding where visitors get stuck

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have. Under California law, the Meta Pixel nonetheless counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we say so plainly rather than hide behind the word "sell". Section 7 tells you how to stop it.

International transfer. Brevo stores your data in the European Union. If you are in the US, this means your data leaves the country. If you are in the EU, it means it stays there, but Cloudflare, Stripe, Meta, and Microsoft are US companies and process data in the US.

4. Cookies and trackers

ToolIDWhat it isHow to stop it
Meta Pixel1009117388702794Advertising trackerOpt-out link in section 7, or a tracker blocker
Microsoft Clarityxkwr13xamfSession recording and heatmapsOpt-out link in section 7, or a tracker blocker
Our own storagevs_* keys in your browserRemembers your quiz answers on your own device so the page can show them back to you. Never leaves your device except in the quiz submission itself.Clear your browser storage

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any advertising network other than Meta.

When they load. Both trackers load when the page opens, without asking you first. We are telling you that plainly instead of hiding it in a banner you would click away. Section 7 lists the two opt-outs that work today, and they work whether you write to us or not.

5. The emails we send you

If you give us your email address in the quiz and do not buy, we send you up to three emails over three days about the reading you did not finish. Then we stop, whether you reply or not. We told you this before you gave us the address, and it is the whole sequence.

If you buy, you get the emails that belong to your order: the delivery, and the follow-up we describe on the sales page.

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it stops all future email immediately. You can also simply reply and say stop, and we stop.

6. How long we keep it

DataHow longWhy
Quiz answers and email of someone who did not buy24 months from your last interaction with us, then deletedContacting you about the reading you started
A customer's order and payment record7 years, because tax and payment records have to be kept that longSupport, guarantee, and legal record-keeping obligations
A customer's quiz answers (the free-text lines)24 months from delivery, then deleted, even though the order record staysSupport and the 60-day guarantee
Your delivered reportWe keep a copy so we can resend it if you lose it. Ask us and we delete it.Support
Session recordings (Clarity)Microsoft deletes them after their own retention period, which we do not controlAnalysis

If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it, and we do not wait for these periods to expire. The only thing we keep is the minimum record of a transaction that the law requires us to keep.

7. Your choices, and how to actually use them

Stop the emails. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. One click, no login, no form. Or reply "stop".

Stop the trackers.

See it, correct it, delete it. Write to [email protected] and ask. We answer within 30 days, usually within one business day. We do not require you to prove your identity beyond replying from the email address you gave us.

Californians (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising (that is the Meta Pixel), and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not offer financial incentives for data, so there is nothing to be discriminated about. We do not sell personal information.

If you are in the EU or the UK (GDPR). Our legal basis is your consent for the emails and the trackers, and the performance of a contract for the report you bought. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

8. Deleting everything

Send one email to [email protected] with the words "delete my data". We then:

  1. delete your contact record and all quiz answers from Brevo,
  2. delete our copy of any report we wrote for you,
  3. stop all email,
  4. and confirm to you that it is done.

What we cannot delete: the payment record at Stripe, if you bought something, because we are required to keep records of transactions. And anything Meta or Microsoft already collected on their own systems, which you have to request from them directly.

9. Children

The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us data, write to us and we delete it immediately.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere. Our own systems hold no card data and no passwords. Your quiz answers sit in Brevo behind an API key that only our worker holds. We are a small operation, and we do not pretend to be a bank: if something is compromised, we will tell you, and we will tell you what was in it.

11. Changes

If we change what we collect or who gets it, we update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is material, we email everyone on the list before it takes effect.
