These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at clarity.theclearcurrent.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any product offered there (the "Products"). The Site and the Products are operated by Nexus Global Operations LLC ("Verity Sky", "we", "us", "our"). Verity Sky is a brand name of Nexus Global Operations LLC. By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not buy.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or buy a Product. The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not submit your email address or any other information to us.

2. What we sell, and what it is

The Clarity Reading is a written report about one specific romantic connection that you describe to us. It is delivered as a PDF document of approximately 10 pages, by email, within 24 hours of your purchase.

We also offer optional add-on products at checkout and after purchase. Their price and content are shown to you before you pay for them.

What the report does. It takes the facts you report to us in the quiz, applies the published criteria shown on our sales page to those facts, states the resulting classification, names the specific fact that would overturn that classification, and gives you a 30-day plan for both possible outcomes.

What the report is not. It is not a prediction. It is not a statement about what another person thinks, feels, or will do. It is not a claim about the objective nature of your relationship. It is an ordered assessment of the information you gave us, under a rule we publish before you buy.

3. Entertainment purposes, and no professional advice

Astrology is not a science. Our Products are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Nothing we deliver is medical advice, psychological or psychiatric advice, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any of them. We are not licensed therapists, physicians, or counselors, and no such professional reviews your report unless we say so explicitly by name.

You are responsible for your own decisions. Do not use our Products to decide anything that requires professional care. If you are in emotional crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, US, 24/7).

4. No guaranteed outcome

We do not promise that a relationship will begin, continue, end, improve, or return. We do not promise that any person will contact you, change their behavior, or feel a particular way. We make no claim about the accuracy, predictive power, or validity of astrology, and we do not claim that our assessment method has been validated.

Any results described on our Site describe what the report contains, not what will happen in your life.

5. Orders, prices, and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged as a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and no recurring charge of any kind.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
• Stripe may display your price converted into your local currency if you are outside the US. The amount you are shown before you confirm is the amount you pay.
• The order is complete when Stripe confirms your payment. We then send your Product to the email address you gave us. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected]
• At checkout, Stripe may offer you one optional add-on product, priced separately and shown before you confirm. Nothing is added to your order unless you tick it yourself. Add-ons are one-time purchases and nothing renews.

6. Delivery, and what we need from you

We can only write your report from the information you give us. If your quiz answers are incomplete, contradictory, or obviously not serious, we may contact you once to ask for clarification, and the 24-hour delivery window starts again when you answer.

We do not ask for the birth time or birth place of any third party, and we do not make astrological statements about another person based on data you do not have.

7. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: a 60-day guarantee tied to what we deliver, not to how you feel about the answer.

8. Your license to use what we deliver

Your report is written for you. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, print, and keep it for your own use.

You may not resell it, publish it in full, or present it as your own work. We keep the copyright in the report text, the templates, the published criteria, and everything else on the Site.

You keep the right to describe your own experience with our Products, publicly and in your own words, including critically.

9. Your content

The answers you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you give us permission to use them for the sole purpose of writing and delivering your report and providing support to you.

We do not publish your answers, quote them, or use them as marketing material, unless you separately and explicitly permit it in writing.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to harass anyone, to gather information about a person who has not consented, to attack or overload our systems, or to break any law. We may refuse or cancel any order, and refund it, at our discretion, in particular where a request appears intended to harm someone.

11. Availability

We provide the Site as it is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Site or a Product is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that Product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any decision you make about a relationship after reading a report.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your state.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force for your purchase is the version published on the day you bought. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top when we make a change.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

There is no arbitration clause here and no class action waiver. We are not going to take your right to a court away from you in the small print. Nothing in this section affects any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your own state.
